My family and I had a great stay at Tim and Traci’s place! The location was very convenient. We were steps away from the beach and pool. The shops, restaurants, and piggly wiggly were right across the street. The kids found the sleeper sofa to be very comfortable. Beach chairs and a wagon were also provided so no need to bring your own. I highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Breakers! Very easily walkable to the beach and Coligney, with ample food, entertainment, and bars right next door.
The room was simple and clean and exactly what we were looking for.

Tim’s place was the perfect place for me and my boyfriend’s weekend getaway. Everything was very clean and neat. Was in the perfect spot on the island everything was in walking distance. Had an amazing weekend and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean with nice touches such as a wide array of kitchenware and chairs for the beach. This place was the perfect location with both easy beach access and a short walk to shops.

the condo is exactly as it looks in photos and is bright and peaceful. wonderful pool. able to do laundry right in the condo. we had a wonderful time . and the parking manager was so friendly and funny! this place is the place to stay if you want great accommodations near everything and walkable! we will return for sure

We had a great time. The beach was right in front of our apartment. Bike trails were everywhere, Coligny plaza provided shops and restaurants. The unit was perfect for us and supplied with everything we might need and Tim was so responsive. We will hopefully be back next years

Very nicely appointed one-bedroom condo. The main bed and even the pull-out couch were comfortable, the shower was fabulous, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
This place is just steps to the vibrant Colginy Plaza, which had a fair-like vibe with lots of fun food and shopping options. Parking and check-in were super easy and the space felt private and safe even though it was so close to a popular tourist area.
We loved the short walk to a pretty stretch of beach and the nice washing station to remove sand from feet and equipment, and we appreciated the beach chairs the host made available on the patio. The pool was clean and super fun.
Tim is a great host: he checked in with us a few times before our stay and gave us some great local information. There was a bit of a mixup with cleaning on the day of our arrival, but I was impressed by the host’s clear communication and willingness to make things right. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had such a great stay at Tim’s place. He was super responsive and proactive with instructions and tips. We only stayed for a night so we weren’t able to take advantage of all of the amenities but the provided beach chairs and ease of parking and beach access were fantastic! We plan to come back for our next HHI vacation!

Perfect spot for our first trip to HH for a family wedding. Easy to find and parking was a breeze. We appreciated the cotton sheets and spotless towels - and the sample size toiletries and kitchen supplies. Tim was very responsive. Thank you.

We always love the location and proximity to everything at Breakers. Tim was very responsive and did an excellent job communicating all the details. This is a clean rental that has been renovated more recently than the others. We were very pleased with little details that you don't see everywhere like having 5 towel bars in the bathrooms and lots of mirrors and hanging hooks throughout. This
unit accommodates 4 so those little things were nice touches to have for the 3 of us.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend at Tim’s place. It was a perfect location to walk to get something to eat and do some shopping. It is a short walk to the beach and the balcony has a view of the ocean. The condo was clean and had all the amenities listed. We would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to return again. Tim was great about answering my questions, keeping in touch and he recommended several places. We walked to Pool Bar Jim’s, Tiki Hut, Bad Biscuit, Greek to Me, Hinchey’s, Sand Bar Room and drove for pizza at Fat Baby’s. I would recommend all of these establishments.

Tim was such a helpful host and this place was in an incredible location! Hilton Head is a beautiful place so to find an affordable place on the beach was amazing. We would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely try to stay again (if it’s not already booked, of course!)

What an amazing location! It’s right in the middle of so many restaurants and stores that you can walk to and the pool and beach are also right there. The condo is small but has everything you need. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it seems well appointed with anything you could need. The best part for me is it felt super clean. I’m a bit of a germaphobe and very particular and this place was great!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tim's place! The condo was in a perfect location--easily walkable to many stores and restaurants and, of course, right on the beach! The place was brighter and more spacious than I expected and Tim was an excellent host. We would definitely stay again the next time we're in Hilton Head.

If you are looking for an easy walk to the beach stay here. The parking was easy and your located within walking of everything. I personally left a couple days early because I didn't realize how many kids would be in this area. It is spring break so if you're looking for not a couples getaway and more of a family vacation this would make more sense. Home was clean and was furnished nicely.

We really enjoyed staying at Tim’s. The condo is up to date on furnishings, very pretty and extremely clean. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy. We loved being right on the beach and also having the pool. Our 4 year old loved the 2 ft pool. He made so many friends there. Both of our boys did. We met a bunch of great family’s from all over. Everyone was so kind.

Great location in beautiful condo! Tim was incredibly responsive with any questions. Great beach access & close to lots of restaurants, parks, bikes included were a great perk as well. Super clean condo perfect for small families! Would definitely book here again.

This was one of our best vacations ever! It was perfect for just my wife and I. Great location to walk to everything like the beach, pool, and they have everything thing at Cologny Plaza. Everything is in walking distance so you dont even need to use your car unless you want to. We love this condo and would love to stay again soon here. Everything was thought out and this condo has everything. This condo was so quiet and peaceful. This condo had the most comfortable Nectar bed to sleep in combination with the A/C and fan it was perfection. Thanks so much Tim. We will definitely stay here again. A+
